HIGHLIGHT Capstrings are a convenient way to broadcast basic information about remailers. But there are many more "other" informations about remailers which deserve to be known. So far 1) People willing such information to be known about themselves had no other choice but to send it at random: websites, messages in apas, remops list... 2) People willing to know/collect/compare/analyse/redistribute such information had no other choice but to listen all the time find the various places where information was scattered send private mails to beg for information manually collect and process the information they wanted to gather The result was largely inefficient, inaccurate and labor-intensive There are too little "competitors" on such collection of MetaInformations The purpose of this paper is to offer a few examples define general guidelines (and have them accepted ASAP) propose a framework for a scalable system (demonstrate the feasibility + scalability) (and have it discussed for fine-tuning) propose detailed procedures for issues of current interest (and have them temporarily enforced, for experimentation pending the discussion on the framework)
