Why....
Reliable (before 1.04) was not assigning message-ID to outbound messages.
I n some cases of misconfigured SMTP at your ISP, messages were not assigned a message-ID there either.
    message-ID was assigned by the recipient, by EACH recipient
In case the message was sent to 2 or 3 m2news gateways, each gateway would assign its own message-ID,
    hence unpleasant multiple posting.

Which Result ?
The fix was to assign some semi-calculated semi-random message-ID to each message.
RProcess incorporated (and extended) that functionnality.
It is not useful any more since Reliable 1.04.
